SUMMARY:Nugraheni: Numerical simulation and evaluation of scattering coefficients of building facades
DESCRIPTION:The acoustic propagation of sound in the open field or in the interior can be calculated efficiently and in high quality by geometric simulation methods. However\, for correct simulations\, accurate surface parameters such as absorption and scattering coefficients are required. In this thesis\, the scattering coefficient of different facades is simulated with established numerical methods.
