{"id":1600,"date":"2021-07-06T10:11:21","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T08:11:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.rwth-aachen.de\/akustik\/?p=1600"},"modified":"2021-07-06T10:14:04","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T08:14:04","slug":"new-chairs-for-the-eaa-young-acousticians-network-yan-from-ihta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.rwth-aachen.de\/akustik\/new-chairs-for-the-eaa-young-acousticians-network-yan-from-ihta\/","title":{"rendered":"New chairs for the EAA Young Acousticians Network (YAN) from IHTA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After many years of hard and fruitful work to maintain and to develop the products of European Acoustics Association, <a href=\"https:\/\/euracoustics.org\/yan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EAA Young Acousticians Network, YAN<\/a>, Mathieu Gaborit is stepping back as the <a href=\"https:\/\/euracoustics.org\/yan\/yan-team\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chair of the EAA YAN<\/a>. In April this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akustik.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/Institut-fuer-Hoertechnik-und-Akustik\/Das-Institut\/Team\/TA-Team\/~pvmh\/Eli-Abi-Raad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elie Abi Raad<\/a> has taken over the chair with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akustik.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/Institut-fuer-Hoertechnik-und-Akustik\/Das-Institut\/Team\/Medak-Team\/~ntwv\/Karin-Loh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karin Loh<\/a> as his co-chair.
