DESCRIPTION:This year\, the JARA Energy Talks will take place for the eighth time\, to which the students are cordially invited. \nOn this occasion\, Bart Biebuyck\, Executive Director of the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU)\, will speak on the topic: “The Clean Hydrogen Partnership”. \nThe Clean Hydrogen Partnership is a public private partnership supporting research and innovation activities in hydrogen technologies in Europe. Its aim is to strengthen and integrate EU scientific capacity\, in order to accelerate the development and improvement of advanced clean hydrogen applications. The research and innovation activities of the Clean Hydrogen JU are guided to a large extent by EU’s Hydrogen Strategy and the policy developments in this context\, contributing to its implementation. Its main focus is on renewable hydrogen production\, as well as hydrogen transmission\, distribution and storage\, alongside selected fuel cell end-use technologies in transport\, buildings and industry. \nOn this evening\, the students can learn about these exciting future topics and get into a digital conversation with Bart Biebuyck afterwards. \n\nWhen? DESCRIPTION:For more than 50 years\, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at RWTH Aachen University has stood for the excellent training of highly qualified and responsible engineers. This is regularly reflected in top places in national and international rankings. Last but not least\, the constructive business partnerships that enable our students to gain an insight into and work on interesting projects and theses are responsible for this success. \nWe would like to present this success on the 23rd Day of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology\, which will take place on November 18th\, 2022\, and bring companies\, students\, faculty members and graduates together.
