A further project was approved in the teaching and research area of Prof. Regina Dittmann &#8220;Technology of Oxide Electronics&#8221; also at the Peter Gr\u00fcnberg Institute.<\/p>\n<p>The funding amount of the 5 J\u00fclich-Aachen projects amounts to approx. 1.2 Mio \u20ac for a duration of 3 years.
