Supporting students in the areas of appropriate learning behaviour at university level and self-management also plays a decisive role.<\/p>\n<p>Qualified mentors are characterised by excellent social skills, a good overview of the organisational structure of their own degree programme and their own university, the ability to work together in a cooperative effort, and the desire to think outside the box and learn new things with the mentees.<\/p>\n<p>Interested students must be students of electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen University.<\/p>\n<p>One FH and one RWTH mentor each will lead their group through the summer semester as a mentoring tandem.
