<\/a>Source: base4nfdi<\/a><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n Congratulations to the three basic service initiatives Jupyter4NFDI, DMP4NFDI and KGI4NFDI, which received approval<\/a> for a one-year initialization phase from the consortium meeting of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) in April 2024. DMP4NFDI<\/a> is another basic service for consortia based at RWTH Aachen University.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Base4NFDI<\/a> is a joint initiative of the NFDI consortia<\/a> that was launched on March 1, 2023 as an overarching collaborative project. The aim of the DFG-funded consortium is to provide NFDI-wide basic services for research data management (RDM). The provision is carried out across disciplines with the participation of all NFDI consortia and leading infrastructure providers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The project Identity- and Access-Management for the National Research Data Infrastructure<\/a> (IAM4NFDI), which we have already reported on in the RDM-Blog<\/a>, entered the initialization phase last year and has been in the integration phase since February 2024.<\/p>\n The IAM basic service is intended to provide researchers from various disciplines and institutions with the easiest possible access to digital resources within the NFDI. RWTH Aachen University is represented in the project team by Marius Politze from the IT Center of RWTH Aachen University and is therefore the \u201clead\u201d of the basic service.<\/p>\n With DMP4NFDI, another basic service will enter the initialization phase from June 2024 and will be further developed with the participation of the NFDI consortia.
