Large Language Models (LLMs), which open up new perspectives and possibilities for scientific communication, are a central topic in this change. How these technologies can shape the future of scientific publishing will be intensively discussed in the upcoming workshop on <strong>February 11, 2025<\/strong> in Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The workshop \u201c<strong>Large Language Models and the future of scientific publishing<\/strong>\u201d will be held in collaboration with various NFDI consortia and with RWTH participation, e.g. with expert Nicole Parks from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfdi4chem.de\/\">NFDI4Chem<\/a>. The workshop is aimed at anyone interested in the integration of AI in science.<\/p>\n<p>The event provides a unique space to discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with the application of LLMs in scientific work and publication.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Workshop Details<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>: February 11, 2025<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time<\/strong>: 10am to 4pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: DIPF Frankfurt (Leibniz Institute for Research and Information in Education)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Get a deeper insight into how LLMs can change the scientific publication process &#8211; from text creation to evaluation and publication of research results. What are the benefits of using AI for science?
