The first RDM network meeting of the year will take place online on January 22, 2026. We are particularly pleased to welcome Mario Moser<\/a> from WZL<\/a> \/ NFDI4Ing<\/a>, who will give us exciting insights into research on data infrastructure in his presentation \u201cData Mesh for RDM in the Engineering Sciences.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mario Moser examines how a so-called data mesh<\/a> can support research practice in the engineering sciences. The concept combines technical and organizational approaches to share and reuse research data more efficiently. The presentation will showcase current findings, which will then be discussed in an interactive exchange with the RDM community at RWTH.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n All interested parties are cordially invited to participate in the upcoming network meeting and actively join the discussion. Registration is via Zoom<\/a>:<\/p>\n We look forward to an exciting exchange, new ideas, and further developing the network together.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2025 was another year full of highlights for the RDM network: from practical Coscine Specials<\/a> and AI-supported annotation of research data<\/a> to active networking at CoRDI 2025<\/a>. The meetings were characterized by lively discussions, valuable input, and inspiring exchanges of experience.
