Die Gruppe bestehend aus\u00a0Prof. Dr. Bundit Fungtammasan, Berater des Pr\u00e4sidenten f\u00fcr Forschung und Innovation, Prof. Dr. Vitoon Uthaisangsuk, Prof. Dr. Usa Boonbumroong, Prof. Dr. Orapadee Joochim und Frau Thiyada Piyawongnarat wurde zun\u00e4chst von Herrn Dr. G\u00f6tz He\u00dfling empfangen und erhielt anschlie\u00dfend eine F\u00fchrung \u00fcber den Hauptcampus inklusive der Forschungseinrichtungen im IEHK. Anschlie\u00dfend folgte ein offener Dialog mit Herrn Bram Wijlands dar\u00fcber, wie die RWTH-Aachen ihre Technologien in die Industrie transferiert und wie die RWTH Innovationen auf den Markt bringen kann. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gab es ein ausf\u00fchrliches Gespr\u00e4ch mit Herrn Olaf Gockel \u00fcber Ma\u00dfnahmen der Hochschulentwicklung. Anschlie\u00dfend brachte Dr. Christian Haase sie zum Campus Melaten, um unsere neuen Forschungseinrichtungen zu besuchen: das Zentrum f\u00fcr Metallische Bauweisen (ZMB) und das Center for Digital Photonic Production (CDPP). Zum Abschluss besuchte die Gruppe das Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Produktionstechnik. Es folgte ein Gespr\u00e4ch mit Dr. Sebastian Barth \u00fcber das Internet der Produktion und wie man zuk\u00fcnftig in einer Partnerschaft zusammenfinden k\u00f6nnte. Zum Ausklang lud Prof. Sebastian M\u00fcnstermann sie zu einem Abschiedsdinner ein.
