Stertz hat einen Vortrag zum Thema \u201eDual-earner couples\u2019 parental leave decisions: A longitudinal study on the impact of domain- and gender-specific role attitudes\u201c in dem von ihr organisierten Symposium \u201eDual-earner couples and the work-family interface: Understanding work-family dynamics from a dyadic perspective\u201d gehalten. Rico A. Fischer trug mit einen Vortrag zum Thema \u201eCareer commitment and work-to-family conflicts in couples: A longitudinal study\u201d zu diesem Symposium bei. Im Rahmen des Symposiums \u201eThe only constant is change: Navigating transitions in working life\u201d hat Prof. Bettina S. Wiese einen Vortrag zum Thema \u201ePostpartum mothers\u2019 regrets of having (or not having) returned to work: Longitudinal relations with organizational commitment\u201c gehalten.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Die Symposien wurde online selbst initiiert abgehalten, da der 20. Kongress der European Association of Work and Organizational Psychologie (EAWOP), der vom 11. bis zum 14. Januar 2022 in Glasgow h\u00e4tte stattfinden sollen und auf dem die Beteiligten eigentlich zusammenkommen wollten, pandemiebedingt abgesagt werden musste.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Rahmen von zwei Symposien, die am 12.
