Hochschule. <\/strong>statt. Hier sollen anhand einer Mischung aus Vortr\u00e4gen und Podiumsdiskussionen M\u00f6glichkeiten und Herausforderungen von zuk\u00fcnftiger Arbeitsgestaltung insbesondere im Kontext wissenschaftlicher Karrieren aufgezeigt werden. Neben weiteren ausgew\u00e4hlten Referent:innen aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft wird <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psych.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/PSY\/Das-Institut\/Personal-und-Organisationspsychologie-\/Mitarbeiter\/~jozh\/Prof-Dr-Bettina-S-Wiese\/\">Prof. Dr. Bettina S. Wiese<\/a> einen Vortrag \u00fcber W\u00fcnsche und Ziele des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses halten.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Anmeldung ist noch bis zum 20. April m\u00f6glich (die Teilnahme ist f\u00fcr RWTH-Angeh\u00f6rige kostenfrei).
