Wiese, Dr. Anna M. Stertz und Dr. Ruth Noppeney vom Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Personal- und Organisationspsychologie sind der Einladung von Kolleg:innen aus Hongkong gefolgt und verbrachten vom 20. bis zum 27. August 2023 einen Forschungsaufenthalt an der Educational University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). Dort ist Bettina S. Wiese seit 2018 Honorarprofessorin. Zudem nutzte die Reisegruppe die Gelegenheit zu einem Austausch mit Forscher:innen an der Chinese University of Hong Kong am nahegelegenen Standort Shenzhen in Mainland China. Diese Reise erm\u00f6glichte es, bereits bestehende Forschungskontakte zu intensivieren und neue Kontakte zu kn\u00fcpfen. Anna M. Stertz und Ruth Noppeney erhielten au\u00dferdem die Gelegenheit, interessierten Forscher:innen und Studierenden Ausz\u00fcge aus ihren Forschungsarbeiten vorzustellen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Aachnerinnen erlebten eine tolle Gastfreundschaft, wobei die Gastgeber:innen aus Hongkong und Shenzhen stets auch f\u00fcr unvergessliche kulinarische Eindr\u00fccke sorgten!<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Dr. Bettina S.
