Und nun ist auch die Urkunde zu dieser hervorragenden Promotion \u00fcberreicht!<\/p>\r\n<p>Lea Dalings Promotionsthema ist hochaktuell, da auch in einer zunehmend digitalisierten und automatisierten Welt der Mensch in der Produktion unverzichtbar bleibt. Sie untersuchte dabei das Potenzial von AR- und VR-Trainings zur Schulung von Besch\u00e4ftigten in der Montage in Bezug auf Leistungs- und Transfereffekte, aber auch auf das subjektive Erleben in Feldstudien und Laborexperimenten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Wir, das LuF Arbeits- und Ingenieurpsychologie, m\u00f6chten uns bei Lea f\u00fcr die sch\u00f6ne und inspirierende Zusammenarbeit mit ihr &#8211; anfangs als Mitarbeiterin am LuF, dann als externe Doktorandin &#8211; bedanken und w\u00fcnschen Dr. Daling f\u00fcr die Zukunft von Herzen alles Gute.
