These will then no longer be displayed on <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/rwthcontacts.rwth-aachen.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener\" data-pcs-link-token=\"sabio_link_ref_1_\">RWTHcontacts<\/a>\u00a0and the connected systems (RWTH intranet, CMS institute websites, &#8230;).<br \/>\nOn April 24th, 2024, the entries in the menu &#8220;Vacant Campus Assignments&#8221; will be deleted. This procedure is absolutely necessary, as this is the only way to clean up the data in the new RWTH Person Directory taken from the old CAS CAMPUS directory, which has been switched off.<br \/>\nOrganization administrators must therefore adjust the entries in the menu\u00a0&#8220;Vacant Campus Assignments&#8221; in the RWTH Person Directory in order to ensure a correct external presentation of their organization. Organization administrators are role owners of the &#8220;Organization administration&#8221; role.
