This year everything is a bit different than usual. However, a few traditions should still be observed – of course, respecting the current hygiene regulations. Even if no big get-together is possible, the employees of the IT Center will come together next Friday, December 11, 2020, for a virtual Christmas party.
Therefore, on Friday, 11.12.2020 changed opening hours for the IT Center will apply. However, no need to worry; IT operations will of course continue to be guaranteed!
The infoPoint and the MATSE organization will no longer be available from 01:30 p.m. for that day.
The following service hours apply at the IT-ServiceDesk:
- The location Seffenter Weg 23 closes at 03:00 p.m. for personal contact. Prearranged appointments will take place as planned.
- You can reach the IT-ServiceDesk by telephone under +49 241/80-24687 from 07:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Please note that there may be waiting times.
- From 07:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m., inquiries can also be made via chat. To do so, use the “Chat Support” button on the IT Center Website and IT Center Help or the RWTHApp under Facilities -> IT-ServiceDesk.

From Monday, 14.12.2020, the IT-ServiceDesk will be there for you again at the usual service hours.
