We have the solution! Especially for this purpose, we have the <a href=\"https:\/\/maintenance.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/ticket\/status\/messages\">status message portal<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>All current information about maintenance, (partial) malfunctions and failures of all central IT systems of the IT Center can be found there at a glance. On the overview page of the status messages, there is also an RSS feed linked to each service, which you can even subscribe to by simply using the top RSS feed. To subscribe, right-click on the link icon and copy the link. A detailed instruction how to subscribe to an RSS feed in Outlook is of course available on our documentation platform <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/81528fe9b246474694495d81a4f67b07\/article\/eb9811ad5ea54cb4b034b0dde90479cd\/\">IT Center Help<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is especially recommended for services that you use very often in your daily work or university life.
