This involves processing a large amount of changed data so that the system can continue to run smoothly in the upcoming summer semester of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, the system will have limited availability from <strong>Thursday, March 31, 2022 from 4pm until Monday, April 04, 2022 at 9am<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>What are the effects of this maintenance?<\/h4>\n<p>During this time, it will not be possible to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/article\/89aa6792566e4d89b4e249a9d0e0c6f4\/\">redeem coupons<\/a>. However, you will still be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/article\/afa7857832624a8fa5c35a77ebf25cc8\/\">create new accounts<\/a> and change your <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/article\/05e8ebbe0121433e9efa4c8114f3622a\/\">personal data in Selfservice<\/a> or in connected systems. In this case, you have to expect a delay in the transmission of the corresponding data until the end of the maintenance on Monday, April 04, 2022 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/article\/6bb72bcccb2c48e9805238b3131f62b2\/\">change the passwords of existing accounts<\/a> at any time during the maintenance time &#8211; as usual, these changes will be applied to the corresponding accounts shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Our recommendation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you still need to redeem coupons, get a new account or adjust your contact email address in Selfservice, please do so by March 31, 2022 before 4pm. Otherwise, wait until the end of maintenance on Monday, April 04, 2022 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>For new employees who start their employment at the beginning of the month at RWTH Aachen University, we recommend redeeming the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/article\/aa308792191f45428679e85e0faa37eb\/\">ConnectMe coupon<\/a> <u>before<\/u> 4pm on March 31, 2022.
