Therefore, the design of the participant management in <a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.rwth-aachen.de\/?lang=en\">RWHTmoodle<\/a> has also changed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>What is new and what are the advantages?<\/h4>\n<p>As usual, you can find the participant administration on the left navigation bar in the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/8d9eb2f36eea4fcaa9abd0e1ca008b22\/article\/c4251a9b184047c994228d8dabb0ee6b\/\">RWTHmoodle course room<\/a> under participants.<br \/>\nThe tabs are now no longer divided according to the different roles (manager, supervisor, student), but according to (the already booked) participants, sent invitations and the option to add participants manually:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Participants:<\/strong> This tab shows all participants* enrolled in the learning space and the roles assigned to them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sent invitations:<\/strong> Managers can invite external people who do not yet have a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/article\/2cf300c672914715a0670959f4c5d286\/\">RWTH Single Sign-on<\/a> account to the learning space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add participants:<\/strong> Managers can manually add people in three different roles to the course room in this tab.
