Both the <strong>SuperC<\/strong> support location and the<strong> printing service<\/strong> will reopen for personal contact. While the opening is subject to the appropriate conditions and hygiene measures for your and our protection and to counter the spread of the Corona pandemic, it will finally be possible to print posters, posters and co. at the IT Center, Seffenter Weg 23, and pick them up in person again starting next Monday, May 02, 2022. Consultation at the IT-ServiceDesk in the SuperC will also resume. Please note tha we are also part of the RWTH initiative &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ITCenterRWTH\/status\/1514241508878303236\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">We keep wearing masks\u201d.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">IT-ServiceDesk in the SuperC<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The IT-ServiceDesk in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/root\/Die-RWTH\/Kontakt-Anreise\/Raumverwaltung\/~tld\/SuperC\/?lidx=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SuperC<\/a> will again support you with your questions about our IT services starting May 02, 2022. Feel free to come by for a consultation. Our ServiceDesk at Templergraben 57 will be open at the following times:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Monday: 7:30 &#8211; 12:00<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Tuesday: 7:30 &#8211; 12:00<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Wednesday: closed<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Thursday: 12:00 &#8211; 16:00<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Friday: 7:30 &#8211; 12:00<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There will be limited device support for you at the SuperC site. For example, setting up <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/1hroqqbju4g2t\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eduroam<\/a> will be possible again. The support will be contactless if possible or we will accept the disinfected device. Larger support requests such as software installations, however, will unfortunately not yet be handled on site.<\/p>\n<p>We would also like to point out that currently the Meeting Point Mobile Devices (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/IT-Center\/Services\/kompletter-Servicekatalog\/Beschaffungsportale\/~estr\/TreMoGe\/?lidx=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TreMoGe<\/a>) is not offered at any other IT ServiceDesk location. Our printing service offers you the possibility to order large posters, technical drawings or banners from May 02, 2022. The printing service can currently only be used by employees of institutes, chairs, affiliated institutes and student organizations of RWTH Aachen University and the University Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>To be able to print a poster via the print service<a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/01657442f7a14cd7abfaf243687fd7e0\/article\/ae4197326caa455ea2c30278f5be6f92\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">, a user ID<\/a> must first be requested. This ID card will be used for later billing. As already announced by RWTH Aachen University, the IT Center also recommends wearing a mouth-nose covering. Furthermore, you have the possibility to use the disinfection dispensers at many places in the IT Center and SuperC.
