For this reason, the IT Center has adjusted its opening hours for the period between Christmas and the beginning of January.<\/p>\n<p>You can reach the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Services\/Support-Moeglichkeiten\/IT-ServiceDesk\/~sqqto\/Kontakt-Oeffnungszeiten\/?lidx=1\">IT-ServiceDesk<\/a> in the period <strong>December 27, 2022, to January 6, 2023<\/strong> in the following ways:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By phone<\/strong>: From 8am to 4 pm via the usual number +49 241 80 24680.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Via chat<\/strong>: From 8am to 4pm via the &#8220;Chat Support&#8221; button.
