This year, we are very pleased to welcome a total of 11 new trainees at the IT Center, who now look forward to their exciting apprenticeships as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Karriere\/Ausbildung-am-IT-Center\/~vttcg\/Fachinformatikerinnen-und-Fachinformatik\/?lidx=1\">IT specialists for system integration<\/a> (FiSi), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Karriere\/Ausbildung-am-IT-Center\/~vtted\/Kaufleute-fuer-Bueromanagement\/?lidx=1\">management assistants for office management<\/a> (KfB), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Karriere\/Ausbildung-am-IT-Center\/~vttfn\/Kaufleute-fuer-Dialogmarketing\/?lidx=1\">management assistants for dialog marketing<\/a> (DiMa), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Karriere\/Ausbildung-am-IT-Center\/~wcths\/MATSE-Ausbildung\/?lidx=1\">mathematical-technical software developers<\/a> (MATSE).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Our IT specialists are primarily trained in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#sub\">Systems and Operations<\/a> department (SuB). In addition, other departments and groups of the IT Center also contribute valuable training content to ensure a broad spectrum of knowledge. Management Assistants for Office Management will complete their training in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#FPO\">Finance, Human Resources &amp; Organizational Support<\/a> (FPO) department, while Management Assistants for Dialog Marketing will develop their skills in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#sd\">Service &amp; Communication<\/a> (SeKo) department and will be deployed primarily in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Services\/Support-Moeglichkeiten\/~smkoi\/IT-ServiceDesk\/?lidx=1\">IT Service Desk<\/a> during their training period. Mathematical-technical software developers (MATSE) receive comprehensive training in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#cse\">Computational Science and Engineering<\/a> (CSE), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#pit\">Process Management and Digitization Learning &amp; Teaching<\/a> (PDSL), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#RPDM\">Research Process and Data Management<\/a> (RPDM) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/IT-Center\/Profil\/Organisationsstruktur\/~stymr\/Abteilungen\/?lidx=1#sub\">Systems &amp; Operation<\/a> (SuB) departments.
