The IT Center will therefore have adjusted opening hours between Christmas and the beginning of January.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In the period from <strong>December 27, 2023 to January 5, 2024<\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Services\/Support-Moeglichkeiten\/IT-ServiceDesk\/~sqqto\/Kontakt-Oeffnungszeiten\/?lidx=1\">IT-ServiceDesk<\/a> will be available at the following times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By telephone<\/strong>: from 8am to 4pm on the phone number +49 241 80 24680<\/li>\n<li><strong>Via chat<\/strong>: from 8am to 4pm via the \u201cChat Support\u201d button.
