In some cases, there may be delays in ticket processing or telephone availability.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>However, the opening hours of the IT-ServiceDesk are not affected by this:<br \/>\nWe are open for you as usual at <strong>Seffenter Weg 23<\/strong> and <strong>SuperC<\/strong> locations from <strong>8 am to 4 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During this time, you can reach the IT-ServiceDesk as usual via the following channels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By phone<\/strong>: on +49 241 80 24680,<\/li>\n<li><strong>By e-mail<\/strong>: to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Via chat<\/strong>: via the \u201cChat Support\u201d button, which you can find at the bottom right of the IT Center website, in the documentation platform IT Center Help, or in RWTHmoodle.<\/li>\n<li>And via our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/cd2613e9426f4dac9c76dd9b5342a29d\/\">ticket-portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For instructions on how to use and install our services, we recommend visiting our documentation platform\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/\">IT Center Help<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The InfoPoint in the Seffenter Weg 23 office building will also be staffed regularly.
