Simply make an appointment for the \u201cTreffpunkt mobile Ger\u00e4te\u201d (TreMoGe) &#8211; we will help you configure our IT services in peace and time and are available to answer your questions.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">The TreMoGe Calendar for Students<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>With the TreMoGe calendar, you can easily book an appointment with us at <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rwth-aachen.de\/itc\/en\/2024\/06\/21\/zugang-it-servicedesk-gesperrt\/\">Seffenter Weg 23<\/a> in six easy steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the <a href=\"https:\/\/coop.rwth-aachen.de\/tpt\/tremoge\/SitePages\/Homepage.aspx\">TreMoGe calendar<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Select whether you need help setting up individual services or installing software or reinstalling a computer (PC\/laptop).<\/li>\n<li>Select a free date in the calendar:<\/li>\n<li>Decide on a time. We offer TreMoGe on the following days and at the following times:\n<p>Monday: 9:30am to 1pm<br \/>\nTuesday: 1pm to 4pm<br \/>\nWednesday: closed<br \/>\nThursday: 9:30am to 12:30pm<br \/>\nFriday: 12:30pm to 4pm<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Briefly describe the reason for your visit, e.g. \u201cConfiguration of MFA\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>State your matriculation number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
