The carnival season is approaching and brings with it some changes to our opening hours. Here you can get an overview of our opening hours during carnival.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">IT-ServiceDesk<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>On <strong>Fettdonnerstag<\/strong>, <strong>February 27, 2025<\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/b734502cd73e4201b1f763a65a61bf9c\/article\/cbf1b80232b34626bbd53dda48578c09\/\">IT-ServiceDesk<\/a> at our office at <strong>SuperC<\/strong> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/01657442f7a14cd7abfaf243687fd7e0\/\">printing service<\/a> of the IT Center will be closed.<\/p>\n<p>The IT-ServiceDesk will be available, for personal assistance, during limited opening hours from <strong>8am to 12 noon<\/strong> at the location <strong>Seffenter Weg 23<\/strong>. Until <strong>4pm<\/strong> the IT-ServiceDesk can be contacted as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By telephone<\/strong>: on +49 241 80-24680<\/li>\n<li><strong>Via chat<\/strong>: using the \u201cChat Support\u201d button.
