Our aim is to create added value &#8211; for students, employees, project partners and, of course, anyone interested in IT.<\/p>\n<p>We also receive a lot of questions at the IT-ServiceDesk, which we can easily answer in advance with our posts on Instagram. Short information quickly explained &#8211; that&#8217;s exactly what the platform is perfect for. So, take a look at our feed &#8211; we&#8217;ve already answered some of our top questions there.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">What You Can Expect on Our Channel<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Our channel is all about everything that makes everyday IT life at RWTH Aachen University easier. We publish posts in our feed several times a week &#8211; mostly small illustrations, short explanations or photos from our everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>We also keep you up to date on a daily basis in our stories:<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 News about our IT services<br \/>\n\u2192 Impressions from events<br \/>\n\u2192 Updates on malfunctions, maintenance and other information<br \/>\n\u2192 Announcements &amp; events<\/p>\n<p>A special highlight: our IT Bites. You may already be familiar with this format from our blog &#8211; now the short IT tips are also available as snack content on Instagram. Whether it&#8217;s a security tip, shortcut or trick for digital working &#8211; there&#8217;s sure to be something for everyone here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Interaction Welcome!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>What makes us particularly happy: When you join in! We don&#8217;t want our channel to be just a news feed, but also a place for dialogue. That&#8217;s why you&#8217;ll find little quizzes, surveys or even a small competition in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Another highlight so far: our reels &#8211; especially the impressions of the carnival party were very well received and show that IT can also be colourful and creative: IT can also be colourful, creative and a little bit jolly!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00549f;\">Did You Know?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Did you know that our most successful articles so far have centred around RWTH&#8217;s basic IT services? No wonder &#8211; after all, learning platforms and tools such as <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/1jeqkxn8w4kz7\/\">RWTHonline<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/rhb2fhkpjhb7\/\">IdM Selfservice<\/a> are a constant part of our everyday study and work life.
