In the survey, we also asked you for suggestions for improvement, which have already been reviewed and analyzed by our various teams and groups over the past few months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Last year, we noticed a slight decline in your overall satisfaction. The introduction of <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/0f861f53818c44e9a5df6ea7b244dacd\/\">Multi-Factor Authentication<\/a> (MFA) for single sign-on in July 2024 was a noticeable change that affected the user experience. The survey also included three new services, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/1808737e10424937b76e564ed15d8028\/\">RWTHgpt<\/a>,\u201d \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/1b6c17ce0a1041fda1ad23699e18b0d6\/\">RWTHcontacts<\/a>,\u201d and \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/service\/54327bb9f93b47baa7e28c47b15d6748\/\">Webex<\/a>,\u201d which you were able to evaluate for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Curious?
