Currently the Chat Support is available for you from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Services\/Support-Moeglichkeiten\/~smkoi\/IT-ServiceDesk\/?lidx=1\">Monday to Friday between 07:30am and 06:00<\/a>pm. Due to the current situation we are unfortunately not able to support you personally at our IT-ServiceDesk locations, so we have extended our chat times to support you even longer.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You have already used the chat support and made experiences? Great! -We would like to know what you think of the chat support and our extended chat support times. Take part in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soscisurvey.de\/ChatSupportUmfrage\/\">our survey about the Chat Support<\/a> right now. You have constructive feedback, wishes and suggestions? Then you can also tell us this in the survey. Just use the free text field for this purpose. In two to three minutes you will have the opportunity to click through and give us your feedback. The survey runs until July 19, 2020.<\/p>\n<h3>Ask questions and find solutions in the Chat Support<\/h3>\n<p>No matter if you are reading a manual in\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\">IT Center Help<\/a>, have questions about <a href=\"https:\/\/online.rwth-aachen.de\/RWTHonline\/ee\/ui\/ca2\/app\/desktop\/#\/login?$ctx=lang=en\">RWTHonline<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.rwth-aachen.de\/?lang=en\">RWTHmoodle<\/a> or surf the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/~rbnjp\/IT-Center\/?lidx=1\">IT Center website<\/a> &#8211; with a click on the Chat Support button at the bottom of the screen you can ask us your questions about the IT Center&#8217;s IT services in the chat. The team of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/cms\/it-center\/Services\/Support-Moeglichkeiten\/~smkoi\/IT-ServiceDesk\/lidx\/1\/\">IT-ServiceDesk<\/a> will help you live in the chat to solve your concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Many of your concerns can already be solved in the chat, so that you can get answers and solutions to your questions quickly and easily.
