Take Home Exams will be conducted exclusively on the additional temporary Moodle instance (temp-Moodle). Our goal is to ensure a smooth teaching operation of the summer semester 2021 as well as the outstanding examination operation of the winter semester 2020\/21. These exam rooms are only available until 30.09.2021 and will be deleted afterwards. As managers we have booked the examiners registered in RWTHonline and the persons with the RWTHonline function &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/wiki-intern.rwth-aachen.de\/x\/OYRkAw\">PV Teilnehmerverwaltung<\/a>&#8221; at the organizational unit to which the exam is assigned. If <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/8954827c1df748d1863d21d54e66cd77\/article\/56e6556e6a2c49699097106922022984\">additional managers<\/a> are needed for the exam room, they can be added by the managers already booked.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that students who are registered for the exams are not automatically booked into the exam rooms. They have to be actively <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/8954827c1df748d1863d21d54e66cd77\/article\/56e6556e6a2c49699097106922022984\">added to the exam rooms<\/a> by the managers via a <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki-intern.rwth-aachen.de\/display\/RD\/Teilnahmeliste+eines+Pruefungstermins+einsehen+und+herunterladen\">CSV export from RWTHonline<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Tips &amp; Tricks<\/h4>\n<p>In order to avoid disturbances, overloads and failures, we recommend<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>not to store the link to temp-Moodle and other access information for the exam (such as a zoom link) in the RWTHmoodle course room,<\/li>\n<li>to offer students <a href=\"https:\/\/help.itc.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/service\/8954827c1df748d1863d21d54e66cd77\/article\/1c5b80f55c6745dc9ba13cf9af81431d\">alternative submission options<\/a> via Gigamove or e-mail before the exam, and<\/li>\n<li>provide a contact email address and a phone number via the exam room so that students can contact the exam proctor in case of an emergency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further information can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/video.cls.rwth-aachen.de\/en\/gebrauchsanweisungen\/\">instructions<\/a> for the remote examinations from the <a href=\"https:\/\/cls.rwth-aachen.de\/\">Center for Teaching and Learning Services (CLS)<\/a> of RWTH Aachen University.
