This causes great dissatisfaction.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">For this reason, the project &#8220;Next Generation &#8211; developing inclusive work with flexible <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">robot solutions\u201d develops workplaces with the aid of human-robot collaboration (HRC).<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">The project is intended to enable people with disabilities to <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">participate in working life. This can increase the quality of life as well as self-determination and positive personality development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">For tasks from industry, numerous companies from the Cologne area were <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">asked to provide possible sample applications for the conception of the inclusive workplace.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">In the process, two activities at Buschhoff Stanztechnik <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">GmbH &amp; Co. KG and at C\u00f6lner Hofbr\u00e4u P. Josef Fr\u00fch KG were selected. The <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">conception and implementation can now begin.
