\n<\/span>The Next Generation project aims to develop inclusive workplaces with the help of human-robot collaboration (HRC) in order <\/span>to improve the quality of life.<\/span><\/p>\n

People with severe and multiple disabilities usually work below <\/span>their personal cognitive abilities. This causes great dissatisfaction.
\n<\/span>For this reason, the project “Next Generation – developing inclusive work with flexible <\/span>robot solutions\u201d develops workplaces with the aid of human-robot collaboration (HRC).
\n<\/span>The project is intended to enable people with disabilities to <\/span>participate in working life. This can increase the quality of life as well as self-determination and positive personality development.<\/span><\/p>\n

For tasks from industry, numerous companies from the Cologne area were <\/span>asked to provide possible sample applications for the conception of the inclusive workplace.
\n<\/span>In the process, two activities at Buschhoff Stanztechnik <\/span>GmbH & Co. KG and at C\u00f6lner Hofbr\u00e4u P. Josef Fr\u00fch KG were selected. The <\/span>conception and implementation can now begin. Further up-to-date information is available on the <\/span>website of the Next Generation project.
