P<\/span>resentation of the Next Generation Workplace and lecture on “HRC as a tool<\/span> for inclusive workplaces<\/span><\/p>\n

A<\/span>t the A+A Congress in D\u00fcsseldorf, we presented the Next Generation project together with Caritas Wertarbeit K\u00f6ln. <\/span>T<\/span>he congress is attended by many interested parties and experts in<\/span> the field of occupational health and safety and stimulates dialogue with many exciting presentations on current topics in<\/span> these areas. <\/span>O<\/span>n both days of the A+A Congress<\/span> there were many discussions with interested participants. <\/span>O<\/span>n<\/span> the<\/span> final<\/span><\/span> day<\/span>,<\/span> Carlo<\/span> Weidemann<\/span> also<\/span> gave<\/span> a<\/span> presentation<\/span> on<\/span> “<\/span>Human-Robot<\/span> Collaboration<\/span><\/span> as<\/span> an<\/span> Assistive<\/span> Medium<\/span><\/span> for<\/span> Inclusive<\/span> Workplaces<\/span><\/span>“<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>I<\/span>n addition to explaining the motivation behind the design of inclusive workplaces, this presentation also covered the inclusion<\/span> projects that the IGMR is supporting and helping to shape. <\/span>T<\/span>hese are the Next Generation Project and the project with Ford to reorganise a workplace for employees who have undergone a performance change<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
