From 1st<\/sup> October, 15 hospitals in Jiaozhou, Laixi and Pingdu will start the reform of second public hospitals which are at the country level. All the drugs in these 15 hospitals will be sold as the same price of purchasing. To prevent the high price of medication and inspection, the hospitals are required to bargain twice.
