On 1st July, CFDA published Good Supply Practice, which is short for GSP and is effective immediately. Even though it has taken immediate action, comparing with the last edition, the new GSP doesn\u2019t have a big change. There are still 187 items and only some of them have changed their statements. And the biggest difference is the new publisher is China Food and Drug Administration, which used to be the ministry of health. (Source: Chinamsr)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u6838\u5fc3\u63d0\u793a\uff1a7\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u836f\u76d1\u5c40\u603b\u5c40\uff08CFDA\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u300a\u836f\u54c1\u7ecf\u8425\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u8303\u300b\uff08\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u603b\u5c40\u4ee4\u7b2c13\u53f7) \uff0c\u7b80\u79f0GSP\uff0c\u81ea\u516c\u5e03\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u65bd\u884c\u3002\u867d\u7136\u53d1\u5e03\u540e\u5373\u65f6\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u7684GSP\u548c\u4e0a\u4e00\u7248\uff082013\u5e74\u7248\uff09\u53d8\u5316\u5e76\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u603b\u6761\u6570\u5747\u4e3a187\u6761\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e2a\u522b\u8bed\u53e5\u6709\u6240\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u800c\u6b64\u6b21\u6539\u53d8\u6700\u5927\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u662f\u6b64GSP\u89c4\u8303\u7684\u53d1\u5e03\u65b9\u7531\u536b\u751f\u90e8\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u836f\u76d1\u603b\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n

GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7ecf\u8fc7\u591a\u6b21\u4fee\u8ba2\uff0c\u4e0a\u6b21\u7248\u672c\u7531\u536b\u751f\u90e8\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u4e3a2013\u5e741\u670822\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c\u6267\u884c\u65e5\u671f\u4e3a2013\u5e746\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u5728\u4e0a\u4e00\u8f6e\u7684GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\u89c4\u8303\u662f2000\u5e744\u670830\u65e5\u7531\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u836f\u76d1\u5c40\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c2000\u4f60\u90a37\u67081\u65e5\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u800c\u6628\u65e5\u521a\u521a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\u89c4\u8303\u5219\u6ca1\u6709\u8bbe\u5b9a\u7f13\u671f\u6267\u884c\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u836f\u76d1\u603b\u5c40 \u300a\u836f\u54c1\u7ecf\u8425\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u8303\u300b\u5df2\u4e8e2015\u5e745\u670818\u65e5\u7ecf\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u603b\u5c40\u5c40\u52a1\u4f1a\u8bae\u5ba1\u8bae\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u73b0\u4e88\u516c\u5e03\uff0c\u81ea\u516c\u5e03\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u65bd\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4eca\u5e74\u540c\u6837\u662f\u533b\u836f\u6d41\u901a\u4f01\u4e1a\u65b0\u7248GSP\uff082013\uff09\u6700\u540e\u622a\u6b62\u5e74\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u901a\u8fc7\u65b0\u7248GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff082013\u7248\uff09\u5219\u5c06\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7ecf\u8425\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u56fd\u5bb6\u53c8\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u5373\u65f6\u751f\u6548\u7684GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u8ba4\u8bc1\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u521a\u521a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u65b0\u89c4\u5219\u3002\u800c\u5728\u68c0\u67e5\u65f6\u4e5f\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u7167\u65b0\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u533b\u836f\u6d41\u901a\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e94\u8d76\u5feb\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5b66\u4e60\uff0c\u5c3d\u5feb\u7b26\u5408\u65b0\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u3002<\/p>\n

\u867d\u7136\u53d1\u5e03\u540e\u5373\u65f6\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u5728\u6d4f\u89c8\u4e862013\u5e74\u7248\u548c\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u7684GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u53d8\u5316\u5e76\u4e0d\u5927\uff1a\u603b\u6761\u6570\u5747\u4e3a187\u6761\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e2a\u522b\u8bed\u53e5\u6709\u6240\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5bf9\u9996\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u5ba1\u6838\u4e2d\uff0c2013\u7248\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u8425\u4e1a\u6267\u7167\u53ca\u5176\u5e74\u68c0\u8bc1\u660e\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\uff1b\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u5219\u4e3a\u8425\u4e1a\u6267\u7167\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u53ca\u5176\u4e0a\u4e00\u5e74\u5ea6\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e74\u5ea6\u62a5\u544a\u516c\u793a\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c2000\u5e74\u7248\u53ea\u670988\u6761\uff0c2013\u5e74\u4fee\u8ba2\u540e\uff0c\u6fc0\u589e\u4e3a187\u6761\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u53d8\u5316\u4e0d\u53ef\u8c13\u4e0d\u5927\u3002\u6628\u65e5\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u53d8\u5316\u4e0d\u5927\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53d1\u5e03\u4e4b\u65e5\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u4e5f\u5bb9\u6613\u7406\u89e3\u3002\u6b64\u524d\u672a\u542c\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u5f81\u6c42\u610f\u89c1\u7b49\u98ce\u58f0\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u6b21\u6539\u53d8\u6700\u5927\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u662f\u6b64GSP\u89c4\u8303\u7684\u53d1\u5e03\u65b9\u7531\u536b\u751f\u90e8\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u836f\u76d1\u603b\u5c40\u3002\u4ece\u6587\u4ef6\u53d1\u5e03\u65b9\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e5f\u7b97\u662f\u540d\u6b63\u8a00\u987a\u4e86\uff0c\u836f\u54c1\u7ecf\u8425\u5f52\u836f\u76d1\u4f53\u7cfb\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u89c4\u5219\u6709CFDA\u6307\u5b9a \uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u7406\u6240\u5f53\u7136\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6700\u8fd1\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u836f\u76d1\u603b\u5c40\u5bf9\u836f\u54c1\u3001\u533b\u836f\u6d41\u901a\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u6574\u987f\u4e25\u5389\uff0c\u6536\u56de\u591a\u5bb6\u836f\u4f01GMP\uff0c\u5bf9\u6d41\u901a\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u6574\u987f\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u706b\u5982\u837c\uff0c\u8fc7\u671f\u7684GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6e05\u7406\uff0c\u6d41\u901a\u4e1a\u98de\u68c0\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u836f\u76d1\u5c06GSP\u8ba4\u8bc1\u89c4\u8303\u53d1\u5e03\u6743\u62ff\u4e86\u56de\u6765\uff0c\u76d1\u7ba1\u529b\u5ea6\u5c06\u4f1a\u66f4\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n
