On 20th November, General Office of the State Council has forwarded the announcement of the instructions of promoting the incorporation of medical treatment and public health and pension service. The announcement clearly supports pension agencies carrying out medical treatment services. The multi-practice of licensed physicians at medical institutions set by pension agencies is also encouraged. Besides, the announcement gives the development target of this incorporation: until 2017, the basic policy system, standard specification and management rules should be set, and several medical treatment institutions or pension agencies with the ability of both medical treatment and pension service should be built up.
