China is a great power of transfusion. In 2009 there have been 10.4 billion bottles of transfusion, which means on average every member of the 1.3 billion large population had 8 bottles transfusion. This number is way higher than the average level of 2.5-3.3 bottles internationally. Meanwhile, China is also a great power of usage of antibiotic. The sales of antibiotic has reached a level of 138g per person, which is ten times than in the US. The drug abuse has received widespread attention. Anhui province has made a list of 53 kinds of common diseases, which don\u2019t need transfusion. Recently, Jiangsu province said transfusion at outpatient service would be cancelled gradually.
