Recently, China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) gives administrative warning to nine manufacturing enterprises, which have published critical illegal advertisements. According to the information, the main concerning problems of nine enterprises are: publishing illegal advertisements which are not approved or changed after approval; assertion or guarantee for unscientific effects; false advertising in the name of medical research institutions, experts or patients.
