In the afternoon of 5th<\/sup> March, at the Taiwanese deliberation, the director of National Health and Family Planning Commission, Li Bin explained the next steps and plans of the health reform. The health reform will be integrated in Yangtze River delta area and western provinces. For next steps, the reform will focus on the basic level to solve the problem that doctors don\u2019t want to work for basic level hospitals. New systems will be built up, while old profit-oriented systems will be destroyed. The property of public welfare of hospitals will be recovered.
