At the end of February, the first App product which is based on patients\u2019 records and feelings \u2013 \u201cDian Dian Ping Yi\u201d is going online. At the moment it is under the last test period. In \u201cDian Dian Ping Yi\u201d, patients can grade hospitals\u2019 outpatient service and hospitalization in more than 10 criteria. There are 11 criteria to grade outpatient service: approach for registration, ambient conditions, waiting time, interrogation time, report-waiting time, procedure of outpatient service, overall rating and etc. regarding to hospitalization, there are 10 criteria: days of hospitalization, service of nurse, ambient of wards, meals, total fee, symptom descriptions, overall experience and etc. Patients can write their comments within 120 words.
