According to the information from the job meeting of health and family planning, within this year the reform of \u201cpharmacies separated from hospitals\u201d will be carried out in Beijing. No price markup will be realized. Currently there are 269 public hospitals in Beijing. In 2012 the reform of \u201cpharmacies separated from hospitals\u201d and no markup has been implemented in a few pilot hospitals including Friendship Hospital, Chaoyang Hospital, Tongren Hospital, Jishuitan Hospital and Tiantan Hospital.
