Last October, approved by the state council, 16 ministries have set up the coordination mechanisms and carried out the pilot work of national drug price negotiation. Recently, the result of the first national drug price negotiation was published with three kinds of drug included: Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate for chronic hepatitis B, Icotinib Hydrochloride Tablets and Gefitinib for lung cancer.
