Recently, Shanxi Food and Drug Administration and Xi`an Health and Family Planning Commission published the announcement about further strengthening the supervision and management of prescribed drugs. It is mentioned in the announcement that hospitals shouldn\u2019t restrict patients to buy drugs out of the hospitals. Doctors should draw up the prescriptions when asked by patients.
