The health reform mainly covers three aspects. Firstly, the sale of all drugs are without mark-up. A medical service fee is set instead. Secondly, the standard of medical service terms will be set to realize adjustments. Thirdly, the \u201cSunny\u201d group purchase will be organized for drug purchase.
