According to the state reports, FDA has only issued 21 new drugs in 2010,\u00a0 whereas there were 712 new drugs approved by CFDA in the same year. Why such a great difference ? Is it because the exams in China is not as strict as in the USA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u4ece\u6570\u5b57\u770b\u4e2d\u7f8e\u65b0\u836f\u5ba1\u6279\u7684\u5dee\u5f02<\/h3>\n<p>2011-02-04 09:06 \u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u5357\u65b9\u65e5\u62a5<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u88ab\u5927\u91cf\u780d\u6389\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5728\u4f20\u8fbe\u653f\u5e9c\u6276\u6301\u521b\u65b0\u836f\u3001\u904f\u5236\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u6cdb\u6ee5\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4efd\u7531\u5f6d\u535a\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c2010\u5e74\u5ea6\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u76d1\u5c40(FDA)\u53ea\u5bf921\u6b3e\u65b0\u836f\u5f00\u4e86\u7eff\u706f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec6\u79cd\u751f\u7269\u5236\u54c1\u548c15\u79cd\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6570\u91cf\u5c11\u4e8e2009\u5e74\u768425\u79cd\u548c2008\u5e74\u768424\u79cd\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u8fd9\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6253\u78342007\u5e7418\u79cd\u836f\u54c1\u6216\u5ba1\u6279\u7684\u7eaa\u5f55\u3002\u540c\u6837\u662f\u65b0\u836f\u5ba1\u6279\uff0c\u4e0a\u5468\u4e3e\u529e\u76842011\u5e74\u5168\u56fd\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u76d1\u5c40\u62ab\u9732\uff0c2010\u5e74\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u5c40\u5171\u53d7\u7406\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf74734\u4ef6\u3002\u5728\u5883\u5185\u7533\u8bf7\u4e2d\uff0c\u65b0\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf71702\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u65b0\u836f712\u4ef6\u3002\u5171\u6279\u51c6\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf71000\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u6279\u51c6\u5883\u5185\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7886\u4ef6\uff0c\u6279\u51c6\u8fdb\u53e3114\u4ef6\u3002\u5728886\u4ef6\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7\u4e2d\uff0c\u65b0\u836f\u6709124\u4ef6\uff0c\u536014%\uff1b\u6539\u5242\u578b111\u4ef6\uff0c\u536013%\uff1b\u4eff\u5236\u836f651\u4ef6\uff0c\u536073%\u3002<br \/>\n\u900f\u8fc7\u5bc6\u5bc6\u9ebb\u9ebb\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c2010\u5e74FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e8621\u6b3e\u65b0\u836f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u76d1\u5c40\u6279\u51c6\u4e86712\u4ef6\u65b0\u836f\uff0c\u56fd\u5185\u65b0\u836f124\u4ef6\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684FDA\u5411\u6765\u4ee5\u628a\u5173\u4e25\u683c\u751a\u81f3\u82db\u523b\u8457\u79f0\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u836f\u54c1\u4e0a\u5e02\u524d\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e02\u4e4b\u540e\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u4e5f\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u51fa\u73b0\u95ee\u9898\u5f71\u54cd\u4eba\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u64a4\u5e02\u6ca1\u5546\u91cf\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u5411\u6765\u90fd\u4ee5\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97FDA\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u4e3a\u8363\u3002\u6709\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e24\u8005\u4e00\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u65b0\u836f\u6279\u51c6\u91cf\u660e\u663e\u6bd4\u7f8e\u56fd\u591a\u4e86\u4e00\u5927\u622a\uff0c\u672a\u514d\u592a\u8fc7\u653e\u4efb\uff0c\u4e0d\u628a\u767e\u59d3\u5065\u5eb7\u5f53\u56de\u4e8b\u4e86\u5427\uff1f\u53ef\u8003\u8651\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u81ea\u8eab\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u66fe\u6709\u8fc7\u836f\u54c1\u5ba1\u6279\u6df7\u4e71\u7684\u8fc7\u5f80\uff0c\u6bd4\u4e0d\u8fc7\u522b\u4eba\uff0c\u8fd8\u4e0d\u5982\u591a\u5c06\u73b0\u5728\u4e0e\u4ee5\u524d\u505a\u6bd4\u8f83\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u4ecd\u6709\u8fdb\u6b65\u30022005\u5e74\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u836f\u54c1\u7533\u8bf7\u6570\u91cf11086\u4e2a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e07\u591a\u4e2a\u836f\u54c1\u7533\u8bf7\u91cc\u9762\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u836f1113\u4e2a\uff0c\u6539\u5242\u836f1198\u4e2a\uff0c\u4eff\u5236\u836f8000\u591a\u4e2a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e07\u591a\u4e2a\u6570\u636e\u662f\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u51c6\u786e\u6982\u5ff5\u7ec4\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u6211\u56fd2010\u5e74\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u62a5\u53d8\u5316\u5c31\u5341\u5206\u51f8\u663e\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u800c\u5176\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u65b0\u836f\u542b\u91d1\u91cf\u4e5f\u9ad8\u4e8e\u51e0\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u65b0\u836f\uff0c\u5373\u6307\u672a\u66fe\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5883\u5185\u4e0a\u5e02\u9500\u552e\u7684\u836f\u54c1\uff0c\u5bf9\u5df2\u4e0a\u5e02\u836f\u54c1\u6539\u53d8\u5242\u578b\u3001\u6539\u53d8\u7ed9\u836f\u9014\u5f84\u3001\u589e\u52a0\u65b0\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u7684\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u6309\u7167\u65b0\u836f\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7533\u62a5\uff0c\u4f46\u6539\u53d8\u5242\u578b\u4f46\u4e0d\u6539\u53d8\u7ed9\u836f\u9014\u5f84\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u589e\u52a0\u65b0\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\u540e\u4e0d\u53d1\u7ed9\u65b0\u836f\u8bc1\u4e66(\u9776\u5411\u5236\u5242\u3001\u7f13\u91ca\u3001\u63a7\u91ca\u5236\u5242\u7b49\u7279\u6b8a\u5242\u578b\u9664\u5916)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u8fd8\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u548c2005\u5e74\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u7684\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u5ba1\u6279\u91cf\u72c2\u8dcc\u4e86\u5927\u7ea611\u500d\uff0c\u7f29\u51cf\u901f\u5ea6\u8fdc\u8d85\u65b0\u836f\u7684\u91cf\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u662f\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u5927\u56fd\uff0c\u56db\u4e94\u5343\u5bb6\u836f\u4f01\u5927\u591a\u4ee5\u505a\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u4e3a\u4e3b\u3002\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u88ab\u5927\u91cf\u780d\u6389\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5728\u4f20\u8fbe\u653f\u5e9c\u6276\u6301\u521b\u65b0\u836f\u3001\u904f\u5236\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u6cdb\u6ee5\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002\u8054\u7cfb\u5230\u5373\u5c06\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u65b0\u7684\u300a\u836f\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u8303\u300b(GMP)\uff0c\u4f20\u8bf4\u5c06\u662f\u53f2\u4e0a\u6700\u4e25\u683c\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u7167\u6b64\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0b\u53bb\uff0c\u6211\u671f\u5f85\u6709\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u522b\u56fd\u7684\u836f\u4f01\u4e5f\u80fd\u4ee5\u6210\u529f\u83b7\u5f97\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u836f\u54c1\u5ba1\u6279\u4e3a\u8363\u8000\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>A
