The &#8220;Guidelines&#8221; clarifies that centralised procurement organizations of drugs and medical equipments should prevent pharmaceutical companies from fixing unreasonable drug price, such as<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> via <\/span><span lang=\"de\">giving kickback to hospitals.
