The &#8220;Notice&#8221; stipulates that the &#8220;online consultation&#8221;, &#8220;online prescription renewal&#8221;<\/span><span lang=\"de\">, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8220;online medical insurance payment&#8221;
