Medical institutions should take the initiative to upload e-prescriptions to this platform. Pharmacies should dispense drugs and handle insurance-based drug purchases based on the above interconnected systems. The Plan also suggests exchanging information among insured residents, Internet hospitals, and designated retail pharmacies through data sharing between national and Anhui provincial medical insurance information platforms and online drug purchase platforms.
