Pfizer Inc. said Monday it will sell its Capsugel capsule-making business to private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Robert & Co. for $2.38 billion in cash.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In October, Pfizer said it would review options for Capsugel and might sell the company. Pfizer said it will use the proceeds of the sale to buy back additional stock and may use some of the funds to make other investments or deals. (Source: The Associated Press)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Capsugel\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u5168\u7403\u786c\u80f6\u56ca\u5242\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u7ed9\u836f\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u5bfc\u8005,\u4e1a\u52a1\u9886\u57df\u6d89\u53ca\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u3001OTC\u3001\u4fdd\u5065\u54c1\u548c\u8425\u517b\u54c1,\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u5305\u62ec\u786c\u80f6\u56ca\u3001\u7d20\u98df\u3001\u6db2\u4f53\u5145\u586b\u80f6\u56ca\u3001\u7814\u53d1\u8bbe\u5907\u4ee5\u53caLicaps\u7ed9\u836f\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002Capsugel\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8f89\u745e\u65d7\u4e0b\u5b50\u516c\u53f8,\u57282010\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e3a\u8f89\u745e\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u7ea67.5\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u6536\u5165,\u751f\u4ea7\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc71800\u4ebf\u9897\u786c\u80f6\u56ca\u3002\u66f4\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u4e1a\u7ee9\u6570\u636e\u8fd8\u53ef\u53c2\u8003\u7c73\u5185\u7f51-\u8de8\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u4e1a\u7ee9-\u8f89\u745e\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u6b21Capsugel\u4ea4\u6613,\u8f89\u745e\u5c062011\u5e74\u7684\u603b\u6536\u5165\u9884\u6d4b\u4ece\u4e4b\u524d\u516c\u5e03\u7684660-680\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u4e0b\u8c03\u81f3652-672\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143,\u540c\u65f6\u5c062012\u5e74\u7684\u603b\u6536\u5165\u76ee\u6807\u4ece630-655\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u4e0b\u8c03\u81f3622-647\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143,\u800c\u4fdd\u6301\u5176\u5b83\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u9884\u6d4b\u76ee\u6807\u4e0d\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n
