The three biggest pharmaceutical companies in China are till now clearly to see, there are China Resources National Corporation, China National Medicines Corporation and Shanghai Pharmaceutical Corporation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u534e\u6da6\u603b\u516c\u53f8\u53d6\u5f97\u5317\u4eac\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u56e2\u63a7\u80a1\u6743<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e00\u8d22\u7f51<\/p>\n<p>\u610f\u6b32\u6574\u5408\u5317\u4eac\u5730\u533a\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u8eab\u65d7\u4e0b\u533b\u836f\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u534e\u6da6\u603b\u516c\u53f8\u8fd1\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5317\u4eac\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u56e251%\u7684\u63a7\u80a1\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53cc\u9e64\u836f\u4e1a(600062.SH)6\u670827\u65e5\u665a\u95f4\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u5212\u8f6c\u548c\u6536\u8d2d\u62a5\u544a\u4e66\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u539f\u6301\u80a1\u5317\u4eac\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u56e250%\u7684\u80a1\u4e1c\u5317\u4eac\u56fd\u6709\u8d44\u672c\u7ecf\u8425\u7ba1\u7406\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5c061%\u56fd\u6709\u80a1\u5212\u8f6c\u81f3\u4e2d\u56fd\u534e\u6da6\u603b\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u81f3\u6b64\uff0c\u540e\u8005\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5317\u4eac\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u56e251%\u7684\u63a7\u80a1\u6743\u3002\u800c\u5317\u4eac\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u56e2\u76ee\u524d\u6301\u6709\u53cc\u9e64\u836f\u4e1a\u3001\u4e07\u4e1c\u533b\u7597(600055.SH)\u5404\u81ea49.12%\u548c51.51%\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e24\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u65d7\u4e0b\u533b\u836f\u8d44\u4ea7\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u534e\u6da6\u4e09\u4e5d(000999.SZ)\u3001\u4e1c\u963f\u963f\u80f6(000423.SZ)\u3002\u6574\u5408\u65d7\u4e0b\u533b\u836f\u8d44\u4ea7\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u534e\u6da6\u7684\u4ea7\u4e1a\u8c03\u6574\u65b9\u5411\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u53bb\u5e744\u6708\u4efd\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u4e0e\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u7b7e\u8ba2\u6846\u67b6\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u7387\u5148\u4ece\u533a\u57df\u6574\u5408\u8ba1\u5212\u5f00\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u5c06\u63a8\u52a8\u534e\u6da6\u96c6\u56e2\u533b\u836f\u677f\u5757\u6574\u5408\u548c\u5317\u4eac\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u6218\u7565\u91cd\u7ec4\u548c\u6574\u4f53\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u540e\u8005\u63a7\u80a1\u53c2\u80a120\u591a\u5bb6\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u9500\u552e\u89c4\u6a21\u4f4d\u5217\u56fd\u5185\u533b\u836f\u4f01\u4e1a\u524d\u4e09\u7532\u3002\u6b64\u524d\u534e\u6da6\u5e76\u672a\u53c2\u4e0e\u5317\u836f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u5b9e\u8d28\u6027\u7ecf\u8425\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>China Resources National Corporation lately took a 51% stake in Beijing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., taking a further step in integrating regional pharmaceutical companies in Beijing.
