According to it, primary medical institutes, such as community clinics, still need to join the bidding process in order to buy low-price essential drugs, whereas the rest public hospitals can now have direct price negotiation with pharmaceutical manufacturers. The new policy is to prevent the low-price drugs disappearing from the market.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u91c7\u8d2d\u65b9\u5f0f\u786e\u5b9a \u536b\u8ba1\u59d4\u62df\u5b9e\u65bd\u5206\u7c7b\u91c7\u8d2d\u7ba1\u7406<\/h3>\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u5927\u667a\u6167\u963f\u601d\u8fbe\u514b\u901a\u8baf\u793e<\/p>\n<p>\u6838\u5fc3\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u5343\u547c\u4e07\u5524\u7684\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u91c7\u8d2d\u65b9\u5f0f\u7ec8\u4e8e\u63ed\u5f00\u9762\u7eb1\u3002\u536b\u8ba1\u59d4\u4eca\u65e5\u4e0b\u53d1\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u91c7\u8d2d\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5bf9\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u5b9e\u65bd\u5206\u7c7b\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u57fa\u5c42\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u4f9d\u65e7\u5b9e\u884c\u96c6\u4e2d\u91c7\u8d2d\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4f59\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u5219\u7531\u533b\u9662\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u8bae\u4ef7\u6210\u4ea4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5343\u547c\u4e07\u5524\u7684\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u91c7\u8d2d\u65b9\u5f0f\u7ec8\u4e8e\u63ed\u5f00\u9762\u7eb1\u3002\u536b\u8ba1\u59d4\u4eca\u65e5\u4e0b\u53d1\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u91c7\u8d2d\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5bf9\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u5b9e\u65bd\u5206\u7c7b\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u57fa\u5c42\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u4f9d\u65e7\u5b9e\u884c\u96c6\u4e2d\u91c7\u8d2d\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4f59\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u5219\u7531\u533b\u9662\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u8bae\u4ef7\u6210\u4ea4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u901a\u77e5\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u54c1\u4f9b\u5e94\u6d89\u53ca\u57fa\u672c\u836f\u7269\u548c\u975e\u57fa\u672c\u836f\u7269\u91c7\u8d2d\uff0c\u8981\u505a\u597d\u4e0e\u73b0\u884c\u91c7\u8d2d\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8854\u63a5\u3002\u5373\u57fa\u5c42\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5e38\u7528\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\uff0c\u7531\u7701\u7ea7\u6c47\u603b\u91c7\u8d2d\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5b9e\u884c\u96c6\u4e2d\u91c7\u8d2d\u3001\u96c6\u4e2d\u652f\u4ed8\uff1b\u800c\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u5219\u7531\u533b\u9662\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u6302\u7f51\u4f01\u4e1a\u8bae\u4ef7\u6210\u4ea4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8be5\u901a\u77e5\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u63d0\u51fa\u9876\u5c42\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u5982\u4f55\u6302\u7f51\u8fd8\u662f\u6ca1\u6709\u660e\u786e\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e00\u843d\u5730\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u629b\u7ed9\u4e86\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708\u524d\uff0c\u53d1\u6539\u59d4\u5df2\u5982\u671f\u516c\u5e03\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f \u54c1\u6e05\u5355\uff0c\u5316\u836f3\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3001\u4e2d\u836f5\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684500\u591a\u4e2a\u54c1\u79cd1000\u591a\u4e2a\u5242\u578b\u7eb3\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u54c1\u79cd\u5c06\u53d6\u6d88\u653f\u5e9c\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u96f6\u552e\u4ef7\u683c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u91c7\u8d2d\u6001\u5ea6\u672a\u660e\u8ba9\u6574\u4e2a\u62db\u6807\u901f \u5ea6\u653e\u7f13\uff0c\u5404\u7701\u3001\u5404\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u5747\u5728\u201c\u89c2\u671b\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6708\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u7701\u4efd\u4eae\u660e\u4e86\u5176\u6001\u5ea6\u3002\u9655\u897f\u3001\u5b89\u5fbd\u7b49\u7701\u4efd\u5c31\u660e\u786e\u8981\u6c42\u7b26\u5408\u8d44\u8d28\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u5747\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u6302\u7f51\uff0c\u800c\u6e56\u5317\u7701\u5219\u76f4\u63a5\u89c4\u5b9a\u8981\u9009\u53d6\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6280\u672f\u6807\u5f97\u5206\u9ad8\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01 \u4e1a\u4e2d\u6807\u3002\u5404\u7701\u6001\u5ea6\u4e0d\u4e00\uff0c\u4e1a\u754c\u5747\u5728\u671f\u5f85\u638c\u63e1\u91c7\u8d2d\u6743\u7684\u536b\u8ba1\u59d4\u6765\u7edf\u4e00\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u8be5\u901a\u77e5\u4ec5\u4ec5\u201c\u70b9\u5230\u4e3a\u6b62\u201d\uff0c\u5728\u4e1a\u5185\u770b\u6765\uff0c\u5e76\u65e0\u5b9e\u9645\u843d\u5730\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u8fd8\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8981\u589e\u5f3a\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u5728\u91c7\u8d2d\u4e2d\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u5ea6\uff0c\u53d1\u6325\u6279\u91cf\u91c7\u8d2d\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u4f18\u5148\u91c7\u8d2d\u901a\u8fc7\u65b0\u7248GMP\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u836f\u54c1\uff0c\u5e76\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u5e38\u7528\u4f4e\u4ef7\u836f\u4f7f\u7528\u7eb3\u5165\u533b\u9662\u7ee9\u6548\u8003\u6838\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u914d\u5957\u5b8c\u5584\u77ed\u7f3a\u836f\u9884\u8b66\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5bf9\u7528\u91cf\u5c0f\u3001\u5e02\u573a\u4f9b\u5e94\u77ed\u7f3a\u7684\u836f\u54c1\u8bd5\u70b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9a\u70b9\u751f\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Chinese National Health and Family Planning Commission has finally updated the policy regarding the procurement of low-price drugs.
