The start of a new NHS data-sharing scheme in England involving medical records is being delayed by six months. Concerns have been raised about the prospect of keeping all the information in one place, with campaigners saying that it could lead to privacy problems and data breaches.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An NHS England spokesman said: “To ensure that the concerns are met, NHS England will begin collecting data from GP surgeries in the autumn, instead of April, to allow more time to build understanding of the benefits of using the information, what safeguards are in place, and how people can opt out if they choose to.” (Source: BBC)<\/strong><\/p>\n

NHS\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u60a3\u8005\u4fe1\u606f\u90e8\u95e8\u4e3b\u7ba1Tim Kelsey\u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u58f0\u660e\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u975e\u5e38\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u65f6\u95f4\u4e86\u89e3\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u76ca\u5904\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eec\u62d2\u7edd\u53c2\u4e0e\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u989d\u59166\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u6df1\u5316\u516c\u4f17\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n
